Task 3.11: Employee of the Month

Task 3.11: Employee of the Month

Jim ranks all the employees according to a criteria chart and inadvertently awards himself Employee of the Month. We're giving each branch a chart and your branch them to come up with your own rankings of what you believe are the most valuable characteristics of an outstanding employee.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Everyone is given a list of 20 characteristics of an Employee of the Month. Each branch must choose 10 out of the 20 on this list, and rank them 1 through 10 in whatever order they see fit.
  2. Each ranking can only be given once, and can only be given for 10 characteristics.
  3. As this is a branch task, while we ask that all employees contribute their opinions about what characteristics and rankings should be chosen, only the Regional Manager (or Assistant Regional Manager) can submit for their branch. NOTE: The Regional Manager should decide who - either they or the ARM - is submitting. Both people cannot submit; if they both try it will invalidate the branch's entry.
  4. This is a "game of chance" task. This means that no skill is involved, and each branch's set of 10 characteristics and rankings will be compared to a randomly chosen set from Corporate. The closer your branch comes to Corporate's 10 characteristics and individual rankings, the more SchruteBucks your branch will receive.
  5. IMPORTANT: Your Regional Manager may submit as many times as they want, but only the last one submitted before the deadline will count.

REWARDS
All rewards are payable in SchruteBucks, the official currency of Dunder Mifflin Infinity.
