It's that time of year, again! Where did summer go?!

Corporate takes office morale very seriously among its coworkers and hope that the employees of Dunder Mifflin would agree that sharing a mutual respect for one another is the key to a healthy work environment. However, we are aware that the temptation of office gossip is sometimes too big to avoid. Your task this week is to join our pre-approved environment for gossip and put a creative touch to the stories circulating the Scranton branch by adding your own twist.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Select a gossip item from the dropdown list.
  2. Read the story so far.
  3. Submit your sentence so that it makes sense with everything that has come before it. You may only submit ONE sentence.
  4. Be as creative as you want, as long as it's under 500 characters.
  5. IMPORTANT: You will only be able to submit once; otherwise it will ruin the flow of the story.
VOTING
There is no voting for this task. Corporate will award bonus SchruteBucks to all employees submitting sentences for the top chosen story, as well as the most creative sentenced entered.

REWARDS
All rewards are payable in SchruteBucks, the official currency of Dunder Mifflin Infinity.
  • For submitting a sentence: Sb $50
  • If your sentence makes up part of the Corporate's winning story, you will receive an additional Sb $150 (for a total of $200).
  • If your sentence is chosen as the Corporate winner, you will receive an additional Sb $250 (for a total of $300)
DEADLINE
Your sentence must be submitted by Thursday, Sept. 24th, 2009 at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET.
