Summer is rapidly descending upon us and, as such, it is with great pleasure that we announce the First Annual Dunder Mifflin Infinity Deborah Shoshlefski Memorial Golf Tournament. As you're all well aware, the golf course is the new Chili's. It's a great place to do business and have some fun while you're at it. With the success of our previous golf game, we wanted the next step to set the bar higher than ever before. That's why we're offering you, our employees, the opportunity to play against each other for the title of best golfer in the entire company.

This event kicks off our DMI Summer Splash, which will be going on all summer long. The first step in the golf tournament involves employees designing their own nine-hole courses using our advanced "Create-a-Course" technology. Employees will then vote on their favorite course to represent the branch and the top courses selected in all of Dunder Mifflin Infinity will be released as a new set of links every week for the duration of the tournament. After all the courses are chosen, employees can log in at their leisure and play each week's new course. If you miss a week, that's okay. We've designed this tournament so that you can always catch up with your fellow golfers. At the end of the tournament in July, the golfer with the best overall score will be crowned our winner.

This is your chance to show your digital athletic prowess. Your honor is at stake. More importantly, however, we want you to have fun. After all, it's summer time!

• Click on "Create Course."
• Type in a name for your course. Try to be descriptive in your name.
• Design all 9 holes of your golf course. Any combination of items may be used.
• Use the "Move" button to place your obstacles anywhere on the green.
• Use the "Rotate" button to rotate your obstacle 90 degrees.
• You may click on the hole to move it, or click on the ball to move the the starting position.
• Drag an item to the recycle bin to delete from the green.
• Click "Test Hole" to play your hole. NOTE: Don't forget to adjust the par at the top of the screen if necessary.
• Once you are satisfied with your hole design and the par you've set, click "Save Hole" and move on to the next hole.
• Once your entire course is complete, click "Submit". PLEASE NOTE: Once your course is submitted you will NOT be able to come back and edit it later. All courses must be designed and submitted in one sitting. You may return to "Create Course," but you will have to overwrite your first submission in order to submit another. Your final submission before the deadline is the one that will count.
• After submitting your course, you will then see a list of your co-workers submitted courses. Play them all week, and next week you can vote on your favorite!
• Tournament will begin the week of June 16th.

Special exclusive desk items will be awarded for employees whose course is included in our tournament. Prize details for tournament winners will be posted once the tournament begins.

If you want your course to be considered for inclusion in the tournament, please submit it by 9 AM PT/12 PM ET Thursday, June 12. You are not required to submit a course to participate in the tournament itself.
