Heyyyy, sorry i took so long to get back to you i'm not going to around much during the summer. However incase you have not had your questions answered yet you can check out the employee manual which tells you at which SB levels your title changes. Yes the more SB's the farther you move up!!! Um, to decorate your desk you click on it, then click buy more items and that will take you to the store and you buy whatever you want. Whatever your buy will be deducted from your total SB's. Once you do that when you get back to your desk you'll see the items on your left and drag them over to your desk to decorate!!!
