- Regional Managers will retain their position in DMI 2.0 if they meet the following Performance Review requirements: 1. They score an average of 4 out of 5 or better 2. Their active employees complete the survey at a rate of 50% or higher. 3. Corporate keeps their branch open this fall. Corporate reserves the right to adjust these requirements at any time for the greater good of DMI 2.0.
If half of us do not do this Review Task, it sounds like our Long Beach Branch will NOT EXIST. We will all have to put applications in at new branches and lose the comfort of our great LB HOME with Dwight Fry as our Leader! PLEASE FILL OUT THE REVIEW FOR DWIGHT FRY!
