To get promotions, do EVERY task EVERY week. Some of these tasks will require you to work with all the other employees as a collaboration. If you don't do these tasks, you don't get promotions at all! - Regional Managers will retain their position in DMI 2.0 if they meet the following Performance Review requirements: 1. They score an average of 4 out of 5 or better 2. Their active employees complete the survey at a rate of 50% or higher. 3. Corporate keeps their branch open this fall. Corporate reserves the right to adjust these requirements at any time for the greater good of DMI 2.0.
If half of us do not do this Review Task, it sounds like our Long Beach Branch will NOT EXIST.
