Cool that you've been here from the beginning. There is a thread on the forum about the history of dmi Rochester and they were looking for people that had been here from the beginning to post their memories of what it was like then.
Please fill out the Management Review form by clicking the link in the Whats New section of your employee profile so shakymon can continue to be our RM. It is so important that you do this right now. Do not put it off, you will be amazed at how easy it is to do. Shakymon brought Rochester from a small branch that no one had ever heard of to the top branch in dmi 1.0. Score from 1 to 5 in each of the 5 areas with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. Keep in mind that he needs an average score of at least a 4 to continue being our RM. Half of all our branch members must complete the review. This is a large undertaking especially since we have the highest number of people that have to take part. Your voice most definitely counts on this task. Thanks!!
