Do not put it off, you will be amazed at how easy it is to do. Shakymon brought Rochester from a small branch that no one had ever heard of to the top branch in dmi 1.0. Score from 1 to 5 in each of the 5 areas with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. Keep in mind that he needs an average score of at least a 4 to continue being our RM. Half of all our branch members must complete the review. This is a large undertaking especially since we have the highest number of people that have to take part. This week's task is to make up a car ad. It's very easy and will earn you a fast $50 task bucks with the chance to earn a lot more if your fellow employees like your entry. You start the task by clicking on Tasks in the blue bar at the top of the page. Then upload a picture of a car (or use the one provided) and type in a description. Try to make it funny, but keep it clean.
In addition to task bucks, there are affinity bucks. The affinity bucks are capped at $100 each week. Those you can get a few different ways - commenting on the Member Board or on other employees' boards - You can even comment on your own board. You can also upload pics, add friends and change your faves (actually you don't need to change them, just hit save 20 times). Okay, that's enough for now, I'm sure.
