Personally I think it has to do alot with the economy,people losing their jobs,and everything else going on in the world today,it's a scarey time were living,I have 23 yrs in at DHL..we had over 400 delv drivers..after they downsize in Jan they will only have between 25-32 drivers left in the Detroit Area..i'm number 23..just barely made it..23 yrs and I just made it,are you kidding me? 49 yrs old and where would I get a job at? A career change at 49? I think that's you answer to the lack of involvement for the 2.0,what do you think?
I see our employee number keeps dropping,do you know if when a employee doesn't stay current if there auto dropped from DMI? It was 190's a few days ago now it's down to 189?
