Why are bananas never lonely?
Because they hang around in bunches.

Thanks for being a part of our Bunch in Rochester!

TRANSITION TO DMI 2.0 - Sept 4th
DMI 1.0 ends on Aug. 28th.

Between Aug. 28 and the launch of DMI 2.0 on Sept. 4th, we will close down the regular site. The boards, both general and branch, will remain

open. Employees will be given the new branch list next week along with Managers who will remain in their positions. All branch forums,

regardless of whether the branch is DMI 2.0-approved, will stay open until Sept. 2nd at which time the closing branches' forums will be archived.

******All employees will then be released from their branches and will re-apply in the new DMI 2.0.*************

New Regional Manager applications will also be accepted at that time

We hope that you come back and help us make Rochester the No. 1 Branch of DMI 2.0!! This past season was a blast and if it wasn't for you, the

branch would of not been able to finish No 1. We hope you come back and help us do it again!!

Please fill out the Management Review form by clicking the link in the Whats New section of your employee profile so shakymon can continue to be our RM. It is so important that you do this right now. Do not put it off, you will be amazed at how easy it is to do. Shakymon brought Rochester from a small branch that no one had ever heard of to the top branch in dmi 1.0. Score from 1 to 5 in each of the 5 areas with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. Keep in mind that he needs an average score of at least a 4 to continue being our RM. Half of all our branch members must complete the review. This is a large undertaking especially since we have the highest number of people that have to take part. Your voice most definitely counts on this task. Thanks!!

Welcome to Rochester. I hope you enjoy your time here. I thought I'd drop by with some info that might prove helpful in getting you started. This week's task is to make a factitious profile about yourself that shows how much you are like Dwight Schrute. It's really easy. You start the task by clicking on Tasks in the blue bar at the top of the page. Then answer the questions (make up something) and upload a picture of yourself (or anything else you want). Just be sure to keep it clean. When you're done, you will have earned $50 task bucks, and have a shot at earning many more if your fellow employees like your profile.

In addition to task bucks, there are affinity bucks. The affinity bucks are capped at $100 each week. Those you can get a few different ways - commenting on the Member Board or on other employees' boards - You can even comment on your own board. You can also upload pics, add friends and change your faves (actually you don't need to change them, just hit save 20 times). Okay, that's enough for now, I'm sure. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Also, be sure to click on My Branch and read the Forum to learn more.
