Hi, there! How are you today? Our Boss, DwightFry, has posed all of us a BRANCH CHALLENGE! This challenge could give people new opportunities to receive EOTW or EOTM awards! Here is what you need to do to join in on the CHALLENGE!
Read DF's NEW TOPIC thread on the LB DMI Forum! It is up in the "Important Topics" section. It is a Pinned Topic, and the title is "A Branch Challenge For Eotm/eotw Awards! Post To A New Level! Starts Now through 01/01/09 12AM PT! Read now!" Here is the link to copy and paste into your browser:
Within that Topic Thread, post your accurate # of posts as of NOW and what benefits you have NOW. When you reach a NEW Level, post it again in the same Topic Thread. Helpful posts and game posts count the MOST! Silly, short comments DON'T COUNT! Our Boss can see ALL of our posts, so remember, she is just like SANTA CLAUSE and none of us want COAL in our stockings, do we? Waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh . . .
Don't just post on our LB Forum . . . represent Long Beach on the STAFF Forums, by playing games or helping people out with their questions. REPRESENT Long Beach as a wealth of knowkedge and show people that we are really fun and silly!
Another part of this CHALLENGE will be to post COMMENTS to people to get them involved with this CHALLENGE! That is what I am doing now! When you have commented to 20 people, post their names on the Challenge thread! When you see another list posted, make sure you invite a DIFFERENT 20 people via COMMENTS. We need to get everyone we can INVOLVED! We will not need repeat invites until AFTER 01/01/09!

Please go to the Task Page, Regional Manager Performance Review, Click on the Red "Fill Out Review". Please vote FIVES for our great Regional Manager, Dwight Fry! It takes under 20 seconds to vote! If it weren't for her, there would be NO Long Beach Branch!
- Regional Managers will retain their position in DMI 2.0 if they meet the following Performance Review requirements: 1. They score an average of 4 out of 5 or better 2. Their active employees complete the survey at a rate of 50% or higher. 3. Corporate keeps their branch open this fall. Corporate reserves the right to adjust these requirements at any time for the greater good of DMI 2.0.
If half of us do not do this Review Task, it sounds like our Long Beach Branch will NOT EXIST. We will all have to put applications in at new branches and lose the comfort of our great LB HOME with Dwight Fry as our Leader! PLEASE FILL OUT THE REVIEW FOR DWIGHT FRY!
