WE CAN'T VOTE FOR OUR OWN BRANCH'S ENTRY but members of other branches and NON-DMI Participants CAN vote for our entry. My entry, "John Doe's Ethical Question" has been chosen as one of the twenty-five. If my video WINS the Global Vote EVERYONE in our LB Branch will receive $25 SB's!
Please try to e-mail people you know, who are NON-DMI participants, the link for the Long Beach video and ask them to please vote for it. If we all do this from within the branch, we could drum up many votes.

Please go to the Task Page, Regional Manager Performance Review, Click on the Red "Fill Out Review". Please vote FIVES for our great Regional Manager, Dwight Fry! It takes under 20 seconds to vote! If it weren't for her, there would be NO Long Beach Branch!
- Regional Managers will retain their position in DMI 2.0 if they meet the following Performance Review requirements: 1. They score an average of 4 out of 5 or better 2. Their active employees complete the survey at a rate of 50% or higher. 3. Corporate keeps their branch open this fall. Corporate reserves the right to adjust these requirements at any time for the greater good of DMI 2.0.
If half of us do not do this Review Task, it sounds like our Long Beach Branch will NOT EXIST. We will all have to put applications in at new branches and lose the comfort of our great LB HOME with Dwight Fry as our Leader! PLEASE FILL OUT THE REVIEW FOR DWIGHT FRY! This week's upcoming task is going to be MINE to do, as your RM! I am certain that I will need YOUR help AND that the EMPLOYEES are the ones that are going to get the SBs for it! I bet this is one where the RM's branches are judged and the best RM makes the most money for each of their employees. So please help me win this one so I can pay YOU back for all of YOUR hard work!
