Do not put it off, you will be amazed at how easy it is to do. Shakymon brought Rochester from a small branch that no one had ever heard of to the top branch in dmi 1.0. Score from 1 to 5 in each of the 5 areas with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. Keep in mind that he needs an average score of at least a 4 to continue being our RM. Half of all our branch members must complete the review. This is a large undertaking especially since we have the highest number of people that have to take part. Your voice most definitely counts on this task. Thanks!!
