Never accused you of being sneaky, I am not offended or bothered that another RM is offering jobs in their branch to my employees. If they are not happy with me, I wish them the best elsewhere. Like I said, feel free to roam my branch and offer your branch as an alternate choice. I promise though, most will not leave. I may come off as harsh in the forums, but in reality treat my branch very well.
