WELCOME TO LONG BEACH DMI 2.0!!!! YAY!!!! If you're returning to LB, please skim and sorry for the repeats....BUT READ THE EMPLOYEE MANUAL!!! NEW: I choose the Employee of the Week this year and give you a GIFT for winning! My criteria will be: * All $100 Affinity SBs earned each week. * Tasks done with enthusiasm to win it. * Posting on the Long Beach AND Corporate forums. BE that winner! No one wants to see the same people winning over and over! Add me as a favorite coworker, please! It should take less than an hour to complete your work each week...this is a TASK job! ;) NEVER forget to earn ALL $100 Affinity SBs/week for the quickest promotions. WORK HARDER THIS YEAR!! Coworker requests: Add them by clicking on "View Pending Requests" on yourpage. Approve your friends for $5 SBs each! IF you haven't already bought anything for your desk, PLEASE get the "Enhanced PC Monitor", as special messages from corporate appear on them and a mailbox will tell you that you've got new mail. Participate and get back! Be sure to REPRESENT LB on the DMI forum for Corporate (LOTS of fun and games and great people) and the Long Beach part of the DMI forum, too, to discuss tasks and working together. Check out the DMI forums too by going to the "My Branch" page and click on "Forums"! *POSTING ON THE DMI FORUMS EARNS YOU $5 SBs PER POST!! To get promotions, do EVERY task EVERY week. Some of these tasks will require you to work with all the other employees as a collaboration. If you don't do these tasks, you don't get promotions at all! When we have collaboration tasks, we have to keep our ideas secret, so please keep the talk on the DMI Long Beach Forum. You'll see that you'll make friends in this branch that you will get to know very well! We have TERRIFIC people here, so you'll have a blast! We also (hic) drink a lot. I also cannot hire/fire you! I am just your leader and will count on YOU to help us win tasks now and in the future. I thank you ahead of time. Schrute bucks/all positions have been set to $1,000 and temp. YOU are responsible for your promotions and winning tasks. You can start earning your SBs right now by adding friends, adding your faves, posting pix, commenting to others, sending a note to someone's private inbox, posting videos and posting on the DMI Long Beach and Corporate forums.
